Never before you approve. We build your site first on a private staging link, and your $197/month founding subscription starts the day the approved site goes live on your domain. There's no setup fee, no build fee, and nothing due today.

Why do you take a card if nothing is charged?

So launch day is just launch day. The card sits securely on file with Stripe at $0 so billing can start automatically the day you approve your site and it goes live. If you never approve the site, the card is never charged, and we remove it.

What if I don't like the site?

Tell us what's off and we revise it. If it's still not right, walk away owing nothing. The build stays with us, your card was never charged, and you've lost nothing but a short application.

What if I don't approve the finished site?

Then you don't move forward and you pay nothing. We build it first so you can see the finished work before billing starts.

Is $197/month really locked for life?

Yes, and there's a reason it's this low. The founding rate is reserved for the first 10 roofing companies because you're who we showcase: we feature your finished site as an early example of our work, and ask for a short testimonial once you're happy with it. Your rate then stays $197/month for life as long as your account stays active and in good standing. After the founding spots are gone, the regular rate is $497/month.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own everything from day one. Your domain is in your registrar account from launch day, and your content, brand assets, analytics, accounts, and site files stay in your name. No hostages: you can settle the remaining balance anytime and walk away with the site.

Is there a contract?

There's a 12-month minimum - it's the payment plan on the build we front at $0. You own everything from day one, and you can settle the balance anytime and walk away with the site.

How fast will my site be live?

Within 10 business days of completing onboarding, or your next month is free. Onboarding is handled through a short online form for your logo, photos, services, service area, and approvals - it arrives by email within 1 business day of applying. A call is optional unless we need one to clarify something.

Do I need to take a call before you start?

Usually no. The application and onboarding can both be completed online by answering the questions we send. You can request an onboarding call if you want one, and we may ask for one if your project needs extra clarification before we build.

Will this automatically create more leads?

No. We build for speed, conversion, and tracking, so the demand you already earn from Google, referrals, and reviews stops leaking. Lead volume depends on your market, reputation, and any ad spend.

What's not included?

The subscription covers the managed website, hosting, technical upkeep, content updates, local SEO + AI-search readiness, call & form tracking with lead alerts, reporting, and a design refresh every 24 months. Paid-ads management, ad spend, broader SEO campaigns, CRM integrations, and third-party software are separate unless agreed in writing.

What if the new site is worse than my current one?

Then don't approve it - you pay nothing. Billing only starts once you've approved the finished site and it's live. If it isn't better than what you've got, walk away owing nothing.
