Rate Schedule
This Rate Schedule is part of your Service Agreement and you accept it at the same time. It covers one thing only: the cost of optional phone and text features, if you choose to use them.
Your monthly subscription does not require any of this. Everything on this page is an add-on. If you never turn on phone or text features, none of these charges apply.
What these features are
Optional phone and text features include call tracking, call forwarding, missed-call text-back, review-request texts, SMS follow-up, and any other phone or text usage connected to your account. You choose whether to use them.
Current rates
| Optional usage item | Current rate |
|---|---|
| Optional local tracking number | $3.45 per active local number per month |
| Optional forwarded calls on local numbers | $0.0675 per minute |
| Optional SMS text messages on local numbers | $0.0399 per SMS segment |
| A2P 10DLC brand registration, if SMS is enabled | $13.50 one time |
| A2P 10DLC campaign vetting, if SMS is enabled | $45.00 one time per campaign submission |
| A2P 10DLC campaign, if SMS is enabled | $4.50-$30.00 per active campaign per month, depending on campaign type |
Why this is here / what it means for you: Every phone and text cost you could incur is written down, in advance, right here - and the same numbers show up on your monthly invoice. There is no hidden markup tucked into your bill. You are charged for what you use, at the rates on this page.
How to read these charges
A few honest details so nothing on your invoice is a surprise:
- Forwarded calls include two legs: the inbound leg on your tracking number, plus the outbound leg that forwards the call to you. Both legs are billed at the per-minute rate above.
- SMS is billed per message segment. Longer texts may count as more than one segment.
- Carrier fees charged by the recipient’s phone carrier can vary by carrier, and are passed through.
- A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration that US carriers require before a business can send texts. The one-time and monthly A2P charges above are set by the carriers and registries, not by us - we pass them through.
When SMS features work
Missed-call text-back, review-request texts, SMS follow-up, and any other text feature only work after your A2P 10DLC registration is approved by the carriers. If that approval is delayed, denied, suspended, or changed, those features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable until it’s restored. This is a carrier requirement that applies to every business sending texts, and it is outside our control.
A2P registration is a carrier step - it is not the same as legal consent. It does not prove that the people you text agreed to hear from you. Getting and keeping the consent the law requires is your responsibility, as described in your Service Agreement.
If rates need to change
These rates can change in the future only if a carrier, telecom, or vendor changes the underlying costs we pay. If that happens:
- the change applies to future usage only, never retroactively;
- we give active customers at least 30 days’ notice before a new rate takes effect - except where a carrier or government imposes a change we can’t reasonably give 30 days’ notice for, in which case we tell you as soon as we reasonably can;
- you can disable an affected optional feature before the new rate applies; and
- we re-publish this Rate Schedule with a new version number and date.
Your current optional rates are confirmed with you before launch, and the rates that apply are always shown on your monthly invoice.
Your responsibilities
How you use phone and text features - including getting any consent the law requires before texting people or recording calls - is your responsibility. The details are in the Your responsibilities, and indemnification section of your Service Agreement.
