So launch day is just launch day. The card sits securely on file with Stripe at $0 so billing can start automatically the day you approve your site and it goes live. If you never approve the site, the card is never charged, and we remove it.

Tell us what's off and we revise it. If it's still not right, walk away owing nothing. The build stays with us, your card was never charged, and you've lost nothing but a short application.

Then you don't move forward and you pay nothing. We send a reminder during the five-business-day review window. If you still don't approve by the final written deadline, we may retire the preview and release the reserved founding spot and non-client-specific design direction. We may reuse only general layout ideas and reusable platform components. Your logo, photos, content, account data, and confidential information are never released or reused. Your card is never charged, and you can reapply later subject to current availability and pricing.

Yes. The founding rate is an early-member price reserved for the first 10 roofing companies while we establish the service with a limited founding group. We may ask for feedback and may feature your finished public site unless you opt out in writing before launch. Testimonials are entirely optional. Opting out or declining a testimonial never changes your $197/month lifetime rate or any other term. After the founding spots are gone, the regular rate is $497/month.

You own your domain and the content you provide from day one. The custom design and written content we create for you become yours once the build and term are paid in full. Our reusable platform, templates, components, and third-party software do not transfer, but after full payment you have a lasting license to use the platform pieces built into your completed site.

There's a 12-month minimum - it is the payment plan on the build we front at $0. You can settle the remaining balance early. Once paid in full, your Custom Work transfers to you, and if you leave we provide a standard export of your transferable content and Custom Work within 10 business days.

Within 10 business days of completing onboarding, or your next month is free. Onboarding is handled through a short online form for your logo, photos, services, service area, and approvals - it arrives by email within 1 business day of applying. A call is optional unless we need one to clarify something.

Usually no. The application and onboarding can both be completed online by answering the questions we send. You can request an onboarding call if you want one, and we may ask for one if your project needs extra clarification before we build.

No. We build for speed, conversion, and tracking, so the demand you already earn from Google, referrals, and reviews stops leaking. Lead volume depends on your market, reputation, and any ad spend.

The subscription covers the managed website, hosting, technical upkeep, up to 60 minutes per month of minor updates to existing pages, local SEO + AI-search readiness, form tracking with lead alerts, reporting, and a design refresh every 24 months. Optional phone and text features, including call tracking, are billed separately under the Rate Schedule. New pages or sections, redesigns, new features, new copy, paid-ads management, ad spend, broader SEO campaigns, CRM integrations, and third-party software are separate unless agreed in writing.
